1. Place your order
Choose a plan and complete your order. You’ll receive an email to setup an on-boarding meeting with your account manager to get started.
2. Fill out the brief
In order to make your video the way you want it, we have some questions for you. This is a great time to let us know about your business, your audience and what you goal is, as well as let us know about other great videos you have seen and would like to emulate.
3. Finalize Content Outline
We provide a one-on-one consultation with your account manager before filming to go over your talking points, tech questions and our proven tips and techniques for filming good video.
4. Shoot and Upload
After our consultation, you film yourself and upload the raw footage to our secure and private server.
5. Finalize Video
Once we receive your footage and any additional graphics or images, we’ll edit it together. Once complete, we’ll send you a link to your private video for review. There you’ll be able to make comments using your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. We won’t stop with video edits until you are satisfied.
6. Receive your Video
Once you have given us the final approval, we’ll send you a link to download a high resolution version for social media, as well as offer our state-of-the-art streaming service where you can get tracking data, embed code and follow the progress.

Honestly, it depends on how fast you respond to us. If you give us feedback on video drafts within 48 hours you should have a finished video within 5-7 business days.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
We’ll do whatever we can to make you happy. In creative projects like video creation, it is absolutely impossible that 100% of clients love the work from the start. Sometimes it can get a little bumpy, but we don’t give up just because things get tough. Often times the projects that start off a little rocky end up being the best videos we make. If we can’t work out our differences, simply request a refund within 7 days of video delivery.
Are there any additional costs?
No. We offer optional add-ons such as subtitles, transcriptions, 4K up-res, in other languages, and things of that nature. The prices you see above are what you pay unless you want extras.
