He brought the idea of a food blog concept where he would create content that was part educational, part entertainment and all with a good sense humor. First we needed to come up with a name and brand, we quickly landed on “Red Meat Lover” because really what else would fit? We’ve updated the tagline over time, but hope to cover “any cut of meat, any type of heat.” We are now using a “cooking meat, made easy.” Part curated content from around the web to producing original content we are building a brand that people can rely on for all things meat.
