An award-winning creative marketer and video expert, Bear founded Unify Creative Agency in 2002 to help businesses build their brand in the proper steps. With years of experience creating videos and websites for clients, Bear realized that there is an important order to follow in building a successful brand. He soon developed the proven five-step plan, the Unify Brand Steps, to guide business owners with simple strategies and save them time, money and heartache. He uses this strategy everyday with Unify clients. Bear lives outside of St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Jen, and their two young sons.

Project Manager
Kelley is a seasoned creative project manager with decades of experience in the industry. Her expertise in project management, combined with her strong communication skills, allows her to effectively lead cross-functional teams and bring projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new destinations and surfing the world’s coastlines.
Mallory Mahan
Graphic Designer
Mallory is an experienced graphic designer with over 13 years of industry knowledge. She is based out of Arkansas where she lives with her two daughters and husband. Throughout her career, she has become proficient at many programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Mallory continues this education by always learning new design programs and looking for ways to streamline her design process. When she is not designing, you can find her traveling or preparing for another Spartan Race.
Caroline Sanders
Video Editor
With over seven years of experience, Caroline is the video editor you want on your team. She is very attentive and willing to go above and beyond for her clients. From editing for YouTubers with millions of subscribers to helping startup companies discover their style, she loves bringing visions to life. Adobe software is her go-to editing tool when it comes to all things video related. When she isn’t working, she’s trying out a new recipe or reading a good book.
Jared Chinigo
Video Editor
Jared is an award-winning filmmaker and writer based out of southeastern Connecticut, where he lives with his wife, Jess.
After graduating from New York University, he formed his own media production company and creative consulting businesses, which he’s managed for the last six years. Through his professional experiences, he’s done everything from working on Hollywood scripts and creating political ad campaigns, to running social media channels and editing hundreds of hours of video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
When he’s not consulting on creative projects, Jared enjoys travel and making content of his own, including short films, web series, and indie comic books.
Cameron Shelley
Video Editor
Cameron is a self-made video specialist with a focus on everything post-production. He is based out of Fort Worth, Texas, where he has spent years building his skills and freelance career. With a proficiency in multiple creative tools such as: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects, Cameron strives to make every video the best that it can be.
When he’s not working on video content, you’ll find him custom building computers, playing video games, and enjoying nature.

Mike spends his days designing, building, and maintaining websites. With over 15 years of experience in website development, Mike has truly mastered the art of aligning client goals with creative technical solutions. A WordPress master, he believes that quick and open communication is the most important tool in “getting stuff done.” When he isn’t sifting through piles of CSS/HTML/jQuery, you might find Mike exploring new foods or cheering on the Bears.

Avery’s love for design, typography and coffee keep her going every day. She prides herself in being able to turn your brand visions into awesome visuals for your consumers. She loves to see her final designs implemented into your social media plan, company catalog, local newspaper or trade show display. Outside of her day-to-day design tasks, you can find Avery behind a camera at senior and family photo sessions, on long walks with her fiance and pup, or sampling local brews in Northeast Indiana.

A video and motion graphics expert, Jake produces a broad spectrum of promotional video content for our clients. A filmmaker and artist for 10 years, Jake is passionate about spreading creativity through visual storytelling, a skill he uses to curate branded video for a wide range of industries. Jake has a particular affinity for Adobe After Effects, with experience ranging from digital compositing to high-level VFX. In his hometown of St. Louis, they tend to call him “local VFX artist guy.”
